I got a new account for about 20+ days.
My application could not work on the hosting and thus I raised a
support ticket to cancel my account.
After which I called up Live Support which is helpful and I should be able to get my cancellation done the same day.
I should be able to get back full refund minus the domain registration fee of $9.95. Immediately, after the live support call, I got a email that the cancellation will be done immediately. However I need to call support to downgrade my account to a free domain parking account in order to manage my domain purchased with them. Thus, this is a minus point. They should automatically downgrade to a domain parking account.
Overall, cancellation is easy but can be better if they automatically downgrade to the free parking domain.

Danny: oh... ok. About the transfer, do I activate from GoDaddy or from Startlogic or either way?
